LetterSprig
Terms of Use
October 6, 2026
These terms apply to the LetterSprig app. By using it you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies.
What LetterSprig is
LetterSprig helps you practice handwriting with short lessons, models, review and an optional letter check on photos of your practice. It does not teach a spoken language, does not diagnose any condition and does not guarantee a result.
Letter check (beta)
The letter check is produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Use it as a suggestion. A photo cannot show pressure, speed or the order in which you actually wrote strokes, and the app does not judge those. An analysis that cannot give useful feedback does not use a credit.
LetterSprig Plus
Plus unlocks all missions of all courses, printable sheets and a monthly allowance of letter checks. Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you can cancel in your Apple account settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. The monthly letter check allowance renews each billing month and does not carry over.
Letter check packs
Letter check packs are one-time purchases of check credits. Purchased credits never expire and stay available after a subscription ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; credits from a refunded purchase are removed if they have not been used.
Content and licenses
Lessons, texts and design belong to Rômulo Carvalho. Handwriting model fonts and stroke-order data are used under their open licenses, listed in the app under Settings › About › Credits.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to upload content that is not your own practice, that violates someone else's rights, or that tries to attack or abuse the service.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer where you live.
